Martin Andrews DipPFS - Managing Partner/Adviser
Martin is married to Andrea with two boys, Edward & Toby and their current dog Bubbles. They attend Crofton Baptist Church in Orpington. Martin has been an Independent Financial Adviser since 1986. Having worked for several other organisations, he established his own advisory firm in 1996. The firm he established was continued and strengthened in 2010 when he joined forces with Gary Wilson to establish AW Financial Management LLP. Gary retired from the firm in November 2012.
In terms of interests, Martin thoroughly enjoys all sport, even a bit of running now and then, but most often practices his golf. He is a Trustee of CRIBS. (Christian Resources in Bexley Schools) At weekends and on summer evenings Martin can often be found working in the extensive grounds of the old Victorian house the family share with Martin's parents in Crockenhill.

Jon French DipPFS BA (Hons) - Partner/Adviser
Jon joined the firm in November 2010 and became a registered Independent Financial Adviser and Partner in the firm on 1st July 2013. He has obtained the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is a Long Term Care, Pension Transfer and Investment specialist.
Jon is married to Helen and has a son called David. They live in Bexleyheath and are heavily involved in the work of Trinity Baptist Church, Bexleyheath where Jon is a Trustee.
Music has always been a passion of Jon's but he also enjoys biking, golf, bird watching, walking and spending time with his family.

Nicola Henderson - PA/Administrator
Main role : To liaise with clients and to manage Adviser's diaries, to establish review meetings and provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Advisers.
Background: Nicola is married to Andrew and they have two sons & a grand daughter. Nicola has worked with Martin since September 2001 - her first job after taking a career break to look after the family. Hobbies include keeping fit and socialising with friends and family.
Kiki Smart - Administrator
Main role: To provide general administrative support to the Advisers & Team.
Background: Kiki joined us in February 2019 having recently finished studying at Haberdashers' Aske's Crayford Academy. Kiki attends New Generation Church in Bexleyheath with her younger brother and younger sister. In her spare time Kiki likes to style her hair, watch movies on Netflix & go shopping.
Harin Fernando BA (Hons) - Business Manager
Main role: As a Management Accountant first and foremost, Harin now has the main responsibility of running the business accounts and dealing with other issues related to the overall management of the business.
Background: Harin joined AWFM in July 2019 seeking a change of direction in his working life having previously worked in the charity & commercial sector. Harin is married to Surajni and they have two sons. . He attends Hillsong Tonbridge and in his spare time enjoys running, cycling, reading, Formula 1 & classic cars & spending time with his family & friends.
Laura Barnard - Administrator
Main role: To provide general administrative support to the Advisers & Team.
Background: Laura joined AWFM in March 2023 after taking a career break to have a family. She is married to Dan, and they have 3 children. Laura is on the school PTA. She enjoys spending time with her family.
Harry Barnett - Trainee Paraplanner
Main role: To provide administrative & techical support to the Advisers & Team.
Background: Harry joined us in April 2023 as a Trainee IFA Administrator and is now working towards qualifications to achieve his goal in becoming a fully qualified Independent Financial Adviser. Harry is a lifelong Arsenal fan, values spending quality time with his family, and enjoys sunny beach holidays with his girlfriend. In his spare time he enjoys playing squash, going to the gym (when he feels like it!) and sipping a nice glass of wine.
Lisa Robbins - Administrator
Main role: To provide general administrative support to the Advisers & Team.
Background: Lisa joined us in May 2023 after working in Healthcare Administration for 8 years. She is married to Tony, and they have two grown up sons. Lisa enjoys travelling, rollercoasters, walking, going to the theatre & cinema, & socialising with friends.
Angus Stephens DipPFS - Independent Financial Adviser (Trainee)
Main role: To provide administrative & technical support to the Advisers & Team.
Background: Angus joined us in October 2024 with the intention of becoming an independent financial adviser. Angus has some previous experience working as a financial adviser, having completed the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning whilst with his previous company, which was a Wealth Manager specialising in helping NHS doctors. Angus is engaged to Yiyi, and they are currently living in Dartford. Whilst relatively new to church, Angus has been enjoying attending Holy Trinity Church in Dartford. In his spare time, Angus enjoys going to the gym, and going for walks in nature.
Josh Penman - IFA Administrator
Main role: To provide administrative & technical support to the Advisers & Team.
Background: Josh joined AWFM in March 2025 following a change in direction in his career, having previously worked in the kitchen industry for 8 years. Coming in with a strong interest in personal finance, Josh will soon be embarking on his professional exams as he seeks to expand his knowledge. He is a keen golfer, enjoys getting away for a winter ski trip and enjoys following the Formula 1.Josh attends Hillsong Tonbridge and highly values quality time with friends and family - especially his 3-year-old nephew!
